Juno ("Juno," "we," "us") provides a text-message-based assistant that helps families manage household logistics — schedules, reminders, and shared family information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Our core promise: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes — ever.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide, such as the names and mobile phone numbers of household members.
Message content you send to Juno, and the household details you ask her to remember (for example, schedules, allergies, preferences, and reminders).
Calendar data if you choose to connect a calendar (such as Google Calendar), used only to read and write the events you ask Juno to manage.
Usage information needed to operate the service, such as message timestamps and delivery status.

How we use your information

To understand your messages and respond helpfully.
To remember the household information you ask us to keep.
To create, update, and remind you about calendar events and tasks.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

SMS / mobile messaging

If you use Juno over text message, your consent to receive messages and your mobile information are handled with particular care:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our service (for example, our messaging provider) is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. See our SMS Terms for full details.

How we share information

We share information only in these limited cases: with service providers who help us run Juno (such as our cloud database, AI, and SMS providers) under confidentiality obligations; with other members of your own household as part of the shared family assistant; or when required by law. We never sell your information.

Data retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as your household uses Juno. You may request that we delete your data or remove your number at any time by contacting us. Removing your number also stops all messages.

Children

Juno is operated by a household's adult account administrator. Information about children is provided and controlled by the family's parents/guardians, who are responsible for that household. Juno is not directed to children for independent sign-up.
