Program description
Juno is a conversational text-message assistant for families. When you participate, you receive SMS messages related to your household — answers to your questions, calendar confirmations, and reminders you or your family have set up.
How you opt in
You consent to receive messages from Juno when you text our number, or when your household's account administrator adds your mobile number during onboarding at askjuno.io and confirms that you agree to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how you and your family use the service (for example, how often you message Juno and how many reminders you set).
Cost
Juno does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will stop sending you messages. You may receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
Help — reply HELP

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
